Is Manaphy legit?

I have a shiney Blastoise that I am breeding, so one of the eggs is bound to be shiny but at this point, none have hatched so it'd be potluck.

Give me a day or so because I want to keep breeding him. I got it this morning by chance from a friend who didn't realize what having a Shiny meant.
