Sorry, my computer sucks and lags like hell. Also, I can't port them later, so what are some good species worthy of the battle frontier? Also, is it worth it to send over elemental stones/TM's you can buy in FR-LG/dragon scales, etc.

hmmm... I'd bring over any items you possibly can and, if you can, all your high level pokes, cause there are always challenges that need different types.
