    However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar logins on multiple sites, people and even bots may be able to access your account.

    We always recommend using unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication if possible. Make sure you are secure.

I was duplicating rare candies on meowth to level my pokemon for the Battle Frontier and I accidentally messed up and erased my main pokemon.

So I was wondering what to do. How or if I can recover an old save or something to get my mons back

There is nothing you can do. Once a Pokemon is deleted and you save, it is gone forever.
The best you can do now is re-catch the Pokemon you lost.
