It's somwhere in the Safari Zone

What pokemon are you going to use it on?

It's best on a Grass Type with Clorophyll, IMO.

Like I said, save it for a Grass type with Chlorophyll for an Ability. It MUST also have Sunny Day, and HP Fire and Synthesis are good to have, too.
