When growing berries, does it affect the crop if you water them a certain amount of time? Eg. If you water them 30 times instead of 5 will it make any difference?

depends on what berries u plant, if its those ones that take days a few times a day, if its those really fast ones that grow to max size in like 8 hrs water them right after u plant them but watering 30 times or anything higher than 5 is not necessary.

the number of berries you get depends on if you water it in each phase, like sprouting, growing taller, etc. To get the most berries water it once in each phase...watering more than once during one phase will not affect the number of berries you get.

I tried this with Razz Berries and had no effect on how much you watered them in one instance.

Many of the berries have similar rates to the ones near them in the berry list.
Here's the list of the berries: http://www.serebii.net/berrydex/
Water them right after the berries change into their next stage each time for best results.
