I would take out Mind Reader or Mach Punch, that's just me.

But see thats the problem I like mach punch since it strikes first but I also think I will need mind reader for the dynamic punch to hit and opponent without fail.

then it's more of a matter of what you like more, do you prefer accuracy, or speed? if you're training for the battle frontier, consider which area you're training for, that will determin what you should teach it.

In that case, i'd have to say, take out mach punch and go for the accuracy. see, in Emerald, there are many times when you have limited turns do to many reasons (rules of match, opponents moves, not getting to choose your own moves) at that point, you'd go for speed; at least, that's my philosophy. =)

EDIT: w00t! rank change!!! i'm a champion!!!

i suggest not teaching it dynamicpunch at all. sky uppercut does a lot more damage in 2 turns than mindreader/dynamicpunch does, and the confusion isn't worth it.

sludge bomb/mach punch/sky uppercut/leech seed is the best set for breloom, not counting spore (which it can't get because it's already evolved) and Hidden Power (which is difficult to get in-game.)

My precious!
delete mach punch

....And?......
Okay, for one you need to know it's STATS.
If your Breloom's Attack is HIGHER than it's SP.Attack, then teach it:
Solarbeam and Sunny day,in place of: Dynamicpunch, and Sky uppercut.
If your Breloom's Attack is HIGHER than it's SP.Attack:
Keep Dynamic punch and Sky Uppercut.
Either way,DON'T get rid of Mach Punch.Because it hits first, and with Breloom's Ability Effect Spore, you could give your opponent a status condition, like putting it Asleep before it gets a chance to attack.:)

Mach Punch is too weak. It doesn't matter how how it always hits first, it has a base damage of 40.

Thanks guys for your help so far but you know how it is when you already have good moves than when you level up your pokemon another good move happens to come in its just hard to figure out what moves to delete.

i wouldn't teach it gynamic punch bbecause that is just me. But if you want to teach it dynamic punch then choose speed or accuracy

Shivery Burst
But,if me,I would prefer not to evovle Shroomish until it learn spores. It wil be easier for me!!because spores has very high accuracy than other moves that will make the enemy pokemon fall asleep..after that use mind reader and then BOOM!!Dynamic Punch!!!

bft, I think you're backwards there. Not that I agree with your statement, but I think you meant to say if it has high attack mach punch if higher special attack then use giga drain.

However, with how high Breloom's base attack is, I'd be very surprised to find one with higher SpA than Atk, unless they were deliberately EV trained that way.

My favorite Breloom moveset (ingame) is:

Giga Drain
Sky Uppercut
False Swipe
Spore

I always have a Breloom along like this for catching Pokemon...nothing can beat it at pokecatching!!

heh. the only way a breloom's going to have higher SAtk than Attack is if it's modest, EV trained just in Special Attack, has flawless Special Attack, and a 0 IV in Attack. and even then, it's only 2 higher.

Get spore from shroomish. Then evolve and use a move relearner to relearn missing moves. I would go with:
Spore
Giga Drain
Sky Uppercut
Sludge Bomb/Return
I would go with return
