Certain evolutions

Riifia (Leafia), Gureishia (Glacia) and Jibakoiru (Jibacoil), for your information.

But to answer your question, why would they necessarily be able to evolve into them in-game? Eevee wasn't able to evolve into Espeon or Umbreon in FireRed and LeafGreen or Colosseum, for example.

That doesn't mean that Battle Revolution won't be different. As you said (in your sticky thread), we don't know and only time will tell.

Well, remember that in XD Eevee could evolve into Espeon and Umbreon differently (with the sun shard and moon shard respectively).
So an alternate method could be set up, but this is purely speculation and there's no way to know for certain until it is revealed, announced, or most likely, discovered while playing.

WarCraft, that was completely irrelevant. Go to the D/P forum.

And the only reason you could evolve Eevee by a different method in XD was that it was your starter and they didn't want to lock out two evolutions for your starter of all things. They are not going to do it with any other Pokémon just so you can get that particular one to evolve in-game. They may find some way to make that method available (as Kojiro pointed out), but they're not going to just change it like that.

Huh? o_O Battle Revolution won't be different from what? I was saying that Battle Revolution COULD be different from D/P, not that it couldn't...

That's a good point Dragonfree, but you can only assume they won't, you can't be sure... ;D

Kojiro's theory makes the most sense IMO and I think its probably what will happen.

I was referring to Fire Red, Leaf Green and Colosseum as you indicated in your first post.
