These questions have probably been answered somewhere but I searched and searched and could not find the answers.

What are the exact chances for these things to happen:

1.) Find a pokemon with pokerus

2.) Get to Mirage Island

If you want Pokerus you must catch every Pokemon which you see

I thought Mirage Island is obtained through the gender points or something like that. I also remember reading that if you have a Pokemon with the right point for that day and put it in your box, you can't access Mirage Island for that day anymore.

Of course, Pamtre berries don't exist anywhere else. And does the pokemon with the ID number have to be in your party?

I'm not sure about the ID, but it's Leichi berries that are on Mirage Island. You get a Pamtre berry by one of the sayings to the Berry master's wife.

I heard that Mirage Island appears when the pokemon first in your party has a Gender value of 0 nad you talk to the guy who says he can sometimes see it. Gender values reach from 0-255, so based on this information it is 1/256. And you can't know your pokemon's gender value.

I am pretty sure I have also seen that number associated with Mirage Island before so I am pretty sure that what m0nkfish said is acurate

I am still looking for the chances for pokerus.

No, there are liechi berries on Mirage Island.

Pokerus: I've been playing Pokemon Ruby for around 360 hours and have only gotten it once. Btw if you put a pokemon with Pokerus in the box it will still have Pokerus when you take it out in a month. Pokemon with Pokerus infect your entire party, but Pokerus will disappear in a day. You should REALLY preserve a pkmn with pokerus in your box if you are lucky enough to get the bug.

For pokerus chances are rarer than shiny and Mirage Island if you have a certain pokemon you have a better chance of seeing it

1/65536 per Pokémon in your party with a distinct Mirage value. (I do not know for sure how the Mirage value is calculated. It's probably the upper 16 bits of the PV XORed with the lower 16, but don't count on it.) This is usually 6/65536 total.
