EV Problems

Hey guys, im having trouble with EV training. I've read the instructions on serebii.net and it says that if u get 4 Effort points to a stat it will give 1 point to that stan wen u lvl up, Right? Well i was trining my Heracross against Zubats( 1 Effort point ) and it only gave 1 point to speed stat when i fight 10 zubats ( 10 Effort points ).
I need help!

All EV's will only count once you reach level 100.
You'll get more statpoints as you progress to higher levels.

The stats won´t be IMEDIATELY added, it takes some time, if it was imediate then you could have a Milotic in level 6 with 78 S.defense well, maybe not. but with sure in the level 100 all the 252 EP you put will be considered Also check the stickies before open a thread.

WRONG!!! the effort point stat increases are added gradually until you get them all at level 100.

Stats raise gradually, I mean, when you EV Train, not all at once.
