Evolution Trouble

Well lately my pokemon havent been evolving. It started with a Koffing. I trained it to Lv34, and..well..nothing happened. So, I ignored it. Later I try to evole my Remoraid, got to the level it evolves(Lv20), and nothing happened again.

For both of them i used Exp. Share to get them up levels. But I've been using Exp. Share to evolve my other pokemon, and they evolved fine. I have the national dex, so thats not it. And i have used a pokemon cheats to get some unobtainable pokemon(Like Mew), but It hasnt effected my other pokemon, so I dont think it would have to do with these pokemon.

If anyone can help me with this it would be appreciated.

I guess Remoraid evoles at a different level then?

Were they holding Everstones? I assume not, but it never hurts to check.

Remoriad evolves at 25, and, like foxkitty said, Koffing evolves at 35.

A tip: If you think the levels are wrong, and the Pokemon isn't 3rd Gen, check the RBYGSC dex to see if the levels are the same. The RBYGSC Koffing and Remoraid pages had the right levels.
