Feebas Help

So, I caught a Feebas from Emerald, and I'm trying to Evolve it to Miltotic, and it won't. I have it up to beauty on where it won't eat anymore. I level it up, yet no evolution. Help please^^

Hondew berrys and wespear are the ones i used for a milotic.

If it will not eat anymore then you have given it too many pokeblocks...

as the other poster suggested... breed it to get a nature that likes blue/indigo pokeblocks... and then give it decent blue/indigo pokeblocks (high level low feel)

then one level and it should evolve

Magost Berry does, I think, but I'm not sure.

Yeah, I have a Feebas question as well. I know how to get Milotic, I've done it before. But, does it have to have a nature that prefers blue blocks, or is it possible with any other nature, but under the condition that it's very hard to evolve? It's not necessarily something that I would do, I just wanna know if it's possible.
