I've been a member here for about 3-ish months now, originally joining to start talking to people who knew about Pokemon and hopefully learn a lot myself. Unfortunately I picked an inopportune moment to join, as it was right prior to exams and with Diplomas (standardized tests some Canadians write in their final Highschool year), I ended up extremely busy and faded back into lurker status. However I finally have time for gaming once more, so now I have time for the internet and forums once again.
For some details on me: I respond to either Rokrin, Rok or Mike, so feel free to call me whatever. I'm finishing my last year of high school in Canada and hoping to get into either Computing Science or Pharmacology post-secondary (yeah, I know, opposite ends of the job spectrum!). I currently work at EB Games, so I spend a lot of time on the internet trying to learn things before I find out from the store, as well as brush up on games I might not be playing. For the most part, a lot of my Pokemon time is breeding for the fun of it, but I restarted my Diamond cart back at Christmas and am only now starting to breed for IV's/Natures again. Also, as part of studying for my economics course, myself and about 10 other people analyze the GTS and it's trends in trading. It's actually really good practice for the course, and we do it pretty much on a daily basis, so if you ever need to know about GTS trends, feel free to ask!
