Help Needed

I need some help starting my new Forum. I have most of it set out to be honest, but I'm unsure how to change the skin and I also would like a banner if at all possible?

It's on invisionfree, if that helps anyone help me to figure out how to change the skin ^_^

Yes, you can add a banner.
There is a section in the AdminCP where you can change the path to the graphics, but this is probably gonna help you the most: http://support.invisionfree.com/index.php?showforum=50

EDIT: I'm not sure about the uploading file thing. I dont understand what it means to upload it onto lycos. I just created an account on lycos and it gave me an email account.

You don't have to use Lycos. You caould also use http://*******.com/, http://photobucket.com/, or http://imageshack.us/. There are many more image-hosters, but these are the ones I use.

Also take into note that Imageshack may take a while to load if you're not in the US.
