max kingdra's SAtk, give it rain dance. with no EVs, it's still faster than everything it needs to be after the Swift swim boost. ditch toxic.

recover > psychic on starmie.

give metagross rock slide or something instead of shadow ball. shadow ball gives you no type coverage whatsoever because meteor mash does just about the same damage to anything weak to SB, and lots more to everything else. only thing shadow ball does that MM doesn't is hit shedinja, but rock slide does that too.

hazebat? lol. haze doesn't kill things, and crobat doesn't like taking hits. it has too many weaknesses, too. AA > haze, give it a choice band. problem with steels, but unless you feel like breeding for HP Fighting/Ground, that's unavoidable.

modest > timid on elenite. and possibly Dragon Claw because it's its strongest attack if nothing's SE. if so, drop surf for it.

bliss looks pretty much good. maybe ice beam/twave > counter.

Special Sweeping Starmie sucks, I prefer a Spinning one. I like Fire Blast over Flamethrower on Nite, it works better IMO. You do realize you waste 4 evs on Starm, Meta, Bat, Nite, and Bliss, right? Put those 4 evs for the first 4 in HP and for Bliss, put 4 evs in SDef...

you can have counter and heal bell.

counter is move tutor, heal bell is an egg move

even so, use thunder wave/ice beam/seismic toss/softboiled, you have two pokemon with natural cure, so status can't do ****

I will try rain dance instead of toxic. What do you think would be better evs? I like the first evs because Kingdra’s only weakness is dragon and I don’t think even dragons use dragon attacks because ice is better.

I do not think recover will do me any good, Starmie can’t take hits. Starmie is already fast so I don’t know if timid is the best choice but I will try it. I really think I don’t need rapid spin.

I only use Dragonite because I don’t know what else to use. I think I need another physical tank to take it’s place. I don’t know about the dragon dance version because I think speed is important and why use physicals attacks when you can cover almost every type weakness with the special attacks.

I use netbattle and it allows me to have that moveset. I like blissey even though it can’t touch ghosts.
