I have asked this a lot of times, but now I've stumbled across another dilemma. If my Deoxys in Speed Forme has a fighting type HP, when I transfer him to Fire Red will it stay the same HP type? Or does it change?

Another question, when you transfer Deoxys from version to version, his base stats will also change adding up to the EV training that I give him no matter in what version right?

The EVs will remain the same, only the base stats change, any EV training you have done will remain the same.
