Javascript issue

Quite recently, I've noticed that I can't access alot of sites on Internet Explorer 7 or Mozilla Firefox 3.5 -namely, watching videos on Youtube or certain parts of websites. A message is there, however, saying I need to enable Javascript. My Javascript is enabled, though, so is this a Javascript issue?

Sounds like you may need to re-check your privacy settings. If that's not the problem, have you installed any new software recently? Some firewalls still today think all JS is malicious so they kill it on sight.

I haven't installed any new software lately, aside from the periodical Vista update - the one where your computer restarts and such. And what kind of privacy setting would block FS? I looked at Firefox's privacy settings, but nothing seems to correlate to FS.
