I could not find this on the Serebii.net site so I was wondering if someone can help.
I have heard claims from people that Missing No. can be encountered in R/S/E is this true?

Well, sort of. If you use a Walk-through walls cheat at the beginning of the game and battle a wild pokemon, the (?) one will be your default poke. It will have no moves and 0 in all stats. Also the giant blocky ?? one is encountered Extremely rarely on route 116.

Can this stuff up your game?

Also what is the ! unown for? I know the ? is Pokerus but what about the other.

Ummm, no, both the ? and ! unowns are regular, I have both of them and all the other ones. And, I know that you can find both MissingNo.'s from othet ways rather than cheating, but if you use a walk-throughh walls code at the beginning, that's the easiest way to find the (?) one. And the approxamate odd for the celebi glitch is 1/250,000,000.

I forget the exact number, but it's a high one. Yes, it's a glitch of sorts. I've encountered Celebi myself, AND caught it. For furthur details, I suggest asking Jigpuff, creator of the Missingno. Forums.

What are you asking? ! is an Unown. The ? and ?? are glitches(at least what he said.)

With a gameshark sp whats the code to encounter missingno?

WTF? The Unowns "!" and "?" are just Unowns. The "?" one is not for Pokerus! And no, the blocky question mark Missingno. does NOT STUFF UP YOUR GAME! I have one at lv. 100! It's safer than a legitimate Deoxys, and just as strong!

Shuckleman; The blocky question mark one can be found ANYWHERE! I actually found 2. One was on Route 116, coincidentially. Then I released it due to Pokemon Box no recognizing it. Then I captured the second one on route 121. They are IMPOSSIBLE, and I do mean impossible, to capture without a Master Ball. On the first one, its HP was in the red and it was paralyzed, and I wasted all of my perhaps hundreds of Ultra Balls and Timer Balls! I then threw the last thing in my ball bag, a Master Ball, and caught it.

What are you talking about? The Unowns have nothing to do with Pokérus.

In regards to Missingno., from what I know, the wild Missingno. glitch is the Celebi glitch. Or rather, the Celebi is a special case of the Missingno. glitch when it occurrs on Route 123. Each route would have its own spurious, "invalid, thirteenth wild Pokémon pointer," and most refer to out-of-range values, but in the special case of Route 123, it refers to Celebi. This is a theory, only.

Cool, hey, why does it seem like MissingNo. Master has like, everything that requires EXTREME luck to find, like celebi, 38 shinies, MissingNo.?

I was wondering how he associated Pokerus to the unown. Anyway, how long did it take you guys to find Missing No. and Celebi(in-game time)?

Not to mention easier to get. ;) (but how is a legitimate Deoxys dangerous?)

I wouldn't be at all surprised if his Ruby is corrupt. That's the game where all this crazy stuff happens, right?

I've never seen either of these. I have 700-something hours on Sapphire.

I thought that the ? unown was Pokerus virus because it shows a pic of it on the Pokerus section of the site but it is a Pokemon effected with it... Thanks for clearing it up for me!
How do you get the ? and ! unowns then?

I have Sapphire and nothing ever happened, I never even saw a shiny after 800 hours.
