a lot of these are very copy paste and you posted the thread twice
agan a lot of them the parts dont mix the parts are very sketchy and it seems very copy paste

Machop and abra are recolors, Meganium/typhlosion and it's pre evoloutions are choppy and un natural. Aron and nidoran are head swaps and nidorino and lairon are really bad recolors.

The rest are pretty good, nothing outstanding, but I just wanted to point out your mistakes so you'll improve.

You need to put more effort into making sprites. When you do that they will look alot better then they do now.
