On my emerald my pamtre barries are on the second last stage of development, conswidently the berry master/blender is coming to lilycover, :( but the main berries i need for milotic arnt finished growing. The tv is flashing and my question is does the berry master only go to lilycover if you watch tv? If this is the case can i wait till my berries are done growing and watch tv and the berrie master will be there? THanks.

Even if he does come when your berries haven't finished, you could always wait for the berry master to appear again - he can appear infinite times, it just randomly happens, and there's always the 2 day countdown.

You could also blend some kelpsy berries, or berries around that berry level, because the berry master always ends up getting a gold one there.
