Can anyone explain to me in detail how exactly planting barries work?
For example im ready to get a milotic and i planted a pamtre barrie in the ground near fortree. I watered it with the wailmer pail a few times.
How long does it take to get a plant? Is it based on steps or some other catalist? Please respond

hooray, it's Jetx!
It's based on days. A pamtre berry should take 3 or 4. But you have to give it's own patch and ALOT of water.

Isn´t needed you water one berry a LOT times to give you a lot of berries, just once per stage is more than enough (Buried, sprouting, growing and blooming) here´s a BIG list of berries, lenght of each stage and stages that you watered (the 0; 1; 2; 3; 4) (repeating, once is enough)

I think that I can explain this.

When you plant a berry, it starts to grow up and you should water it once in some time, the berry don't grow up if you turn the GBA off and go sleep, it grows only while you are playing, to know more exactly when you will get the berry, do this. You planted a berry in your 100 hour of playing, you can see this when you're about to save, so, a berry grows for ten hours, when you play ten hours the game, the berry should have already grown up, don't forget that each berry has a different time to grow up. So, it is better to plant a berry just when you get it, and while you train or do something, the hours go on and your berries grow up. i think that I helped, at leasta bit. :D.

When I say Ten Hours, don't get stuck, just an example.

lol! I think there´s somewhere in the game that tells you isn´t needed you water a lot of times... not sure.

Sorry now that is totally answered i have yet another quick question (sorry) once the barrie is out of the mud stage and is starting to look like a plant do i still have to water it? Will it still shrival up and die like when its in the ground?

there´re 5 rounds of "Berries Life":
1st: Buried (Just a buried berry)
2nd: Sprouting (a little plant with two leaves)
3rd: Growing (you can see the tree now)
4th: Blooming (Look, flowers!)
5th: Completed.

So yes you need to water it. Among all the 5 stages in "berries life" just one you don´t need to water, which is the 5th.

And berries don't die if you don't water them, the just take longer to grow.

All the berries will sprout, grow, bloom etc. in the same time if you water or don´t water it, but the number of berries in the end might be diferent

Yup. Some berries require too much so that they can produce more. Like "loving them more with extra water." You get what I mean.

Hummm, no, like I wrote before, if you water once per stage and water 6587 times per stage you´ll get the same amount of berries in the same time. I´ll give you one example:

You plant 2 Salac berries one is in the right slot and another in the right (at 7PM)

1st day:
One berry is buried there you want to water it?
[YES]
*Waters both*

2nd day (7 PM)
It´s sprouting, do you want water it?
*waters both*
then you feel happy and focus on the left one.
*waters the left berry more 6 times*

3rd day: (7PM)
This plant is growing taller, do you want water it?
*waters both, but water the left one more 8 times*

4th day: (7PM)
This plant is blooming, do you want water it?
*waters both, but water the left berry more times again and lef the right one there with just one time watered like all the other days*

5th day (6:59PM)
This plant is blooming do you want water it? [You select no]

5th day (7 PM)
(Right berry) Hey look you found 2 Salace berries.
(left berry) Hey look you found 2 Salace berries.

Got it?
