WRONG!! but lets not turn this into a flame war. the only way to get it is if you find it in the wild. this is not been proven true or false.NO. (the celebi glith is complete rubbish).

the celebi glitch is probale taken out of emerald as it was ONLY in the FIRST release of saphire and ruby. ergo you don't find it in the wild unless you use cheats.
