Quick Question?

Right, at the moment, since I watched an Episode and though "Hmm, that would make for a good story", I'm planning a new fanfiction based on Team Rocket (i.e. Jessie, James & Meowth). Basically, set after the BF and before Shinou, the group are summoned by the ever hateful Giovanni and, with intent purpose to get rid of them, sends them to a new "base" in a remote village somewhere in one of the three major regions.

My first question is this:

Which of the three would be best?
Would it be Kanto, where I could occaisonally chop in some ex-main/supporting characters?
Would Johto be best, where I could easily write about some under-used Pokémon?
Or would Houen work better, especially since Team Rocket has no established bases there, I could see why Giovanni would want to send them as it would take a long time to do it. Especially for them

So, basically, I'm going to get them to live in this village, the story surrounding them and obviously, new characters. I've planned one extra character at the moment, who is a co-ordinater Jessie see's called Erika Clarks. They basically will have to convince her to join Team Rocket using whatever means necissary, maybe even tricking her. I'm not really sure yet, because I shouldn't really start writing this until the BF is over, to save having to change anything. Not that I currently expect them to have any captures, that will be saved for the next region probably, so I could start writing I suppose.

Right, so my next question links in with Erika Clarks. What would be suitable surnames for Jessie and James, because I want to give them more of a personal feel, and I like my characters to have surnames. Also, what is a more likely age for the two of them?

Next question. Could someone tell me, either here or in a PM the whole NEW TR motto? I know it isn't that different but I can't remember it since I've only seen it twice, and I need that for the story.

I'd say set the fic in Johto - then you could focus on underused and non well-known pokemon. Also, the anime hasn't said anything about contest halls in Johto, so you have a clean slate.

Ranger Registeel. That wasn't the original theme :S The original theme was a lot shorter, and only contained some of those words. I meant the one they had from the start, then the one you mentioned. Thanks though

Also, yeah, contest halls in Johto...being able to make it all up myself makes me happy

Is there any Team Rocket Pokémon you think should/could return? I had Jessie catch a Zigzagoon in another fic. Could this suit her?

I also have an idea for a title. Does Team Rocket Redemption soinf okay?

First off, you win big time for making a story about TR, but being set in Johto makes it perfect. I already can't wait for this^_^ The title sounds fine, and being in Johto is a perfect opportunity for a Victreebel appearance. Maybe Chimecho or Lickitung as well. And here's the original (and superior, IMHO) motto.

I made another one at some point, called Look At Us Now. In the first few chapters, Team Rocket staged a MASSIVE battle with Team...Aqua I think. Either way, I always do a lot with Team Rocket when I do Animé Fics.

You're right, although I did enjoy the new motto. And yeah, Johto Victreebel could easily be brought back, as could Likcitung and maybe even Chimecho (since I love the little fella). But how could I make it seem real :/ I don't want to bring Arbok and Weezing back (PM me if you want to know my reason ).

Yeah, will do ^_^ I'm probably going to start writing it....monday. I'm drunk tonight, out tomorrow, saturday, and sunday. But it shouldn't be too long before a prologue is up ^_^

But yay! Another Chimecho fan! I'm writing a fic myself where she/he/it comes back (just a pokemon x pokemon one shot, nothing special), and I tried to keep it simple, since Chimecho could plausibly leave on it's own, though it'd need some kind of motivation. I'm still trying to get that to work, though:\ You could also have TR stop by the rest house on their way to Johto and pick it up; that could fit fairly easily into the rest of the story.

And I missed that question about their ages the first time, but it's most likely somewhere around twenty-four or twenty-five.

I'm part way into the Prologue, and I have planned all the Pokémon that will be caught by the three currently planned characters (i.e. Jessie James and Erika).

Put it like this, Dunsparce is included.

Also though, I have included some new one's. I won't say one of them, because then it will become apparent who caught it, but the other is Dorapion. I am obviously going to have to write it so far with its Japanese name, but you never know, it might be recealed by the time it comes in ^_^ There are enough attacks revealed for it so far that I could use it in the story.

Also, do you think it would look unrealistic making Mime Jr. learn some attacks. For example...Psybeam? I'd love to, but I don't want to use kawubers, but I also don't really want to evolve him :/ Help?
