they are as follows

Empoleon Lv.100 /Modest
Ev's = 296/188/217/277/238/194
Torrent
@ Splash Plate/Leftovers
-Hydro pump/Ice Beam
-Surf/Ice Beam
-Grass knot
-Aerial ace/Substitute

Aerial Ace is ok I guess, but you have a -Atk
nature so it won't be doing much. Try Substitute,
as it can help keep away status and protect you
from critical hits. Also, you don't need 2 STAB
moves, replace one with Ice Beam for more
coverage.

Golem Lv.27 /Naive
87/68/78/42/36/41
Rock head
@ Muscle Band/Choice Band
-Explosion
-Double-Edge
-Stone Edge
-Earthquake

Earthquake is more reliable than Magnitude
any day, and Stone Edge is his best bet for a
rock STAB. Double-Edge is nice since you don't
have to worry about recoil and Explosion can
help take something out when you're low on
health.

Politoed Lv.54 /Bold
162/90/96/110/124/81
Water Absorb
@Wise Glasses
-Hyper Voice/Hypnosis
-Psychic
-Hydro Pump/Surf
-Mud Bomb

Yes, totally my favorite PKMN. Moveset here
is bad though. Belly Drum maximizes Atk, but
you only have one physical move. Surf can go
over Hydro Pump for more accuracy, but you
lose a bit of power. Psychic is a nice coverage
move, and Hyper Voice is basically filler. Hypnosis
can be used instead to support the team.

Kingdra Lv.33 /Calm
99/63/72/74/78/62
Sniper
@Life Orb
-Waterfall
-Draco Meteor
-Outrage
-Dragon Dance

This is the set I use. Dragon Dance not only boosts
your Spe, but Atk as well. Waterfall and Outrage
are great STAB attacks and benefit from DD, and
Draco Meteor lets you fire off a powerful attack, but
doesn't effect your main attacking stat.

Venusaur Lv.89 /Serious
274/187/197/223/208/207
Overgrow
@Leftovers
-Energy Ball
-Sleep Powder
-Toxic/Sludge Bomb
-Synthesis/Leech Seed

Energy Ball is a more reliable STAB than Solarbeam,
Sludge Bomb also gets STAB, but Toxic is another option
for wearing down opponents. The last slot is for healing,
as EQ isn't really that great of an option without a +Atk
nature IMHO.

Magmar Lv.56 /Docile
139/118/79/131/117/111
Flame body
@Expert Blet
-Fire Blast
-Psychic
-Thunderbolt
-Focus Blast

Too much STAB here, one is enough. Thunderbolt hits
water/flying types, Focus Blast is for rock/normal types,
Psychic is basically filler but can hit the Nido's for SE
damage. Sunny Day isn't recommended since you have
3 water types.

Changes in bold.

I'm not going to tell you where to get all the moves/items
because I don't have much time. Plus, that's the fun of the
game, making your own discoveries. You could also just use
Serebii.net and look it up faster than I can type it. Hope this
helps!

With the Kingdra having Calm as its Nature, IMHO a DD set isn't suitable for it.
Unless frozenthrone is willing to get a new Kingdra with Lonely/Naughty/Hasty/Naive Nature.

^ He said he doesn't want to breed or change
any natures, so I just gave him an effective set.
You're 100% right tho...
