Milotic should never, ever, be used first in a battle, thanks to all the Jolteon and various other Attack orientated starter Pokemon.

Banette belongs in UU, or a Harley theme team. It should never be used in OU, because it'll get smashed apart.

You may want to give it 374 Speed and dump the rest in Special Defense so that it can take a T-Bolt or I-Punch from Gengar, but this is fine.

If you insist on using Banette in OU, then go HP Fighting > Skill Swap. You can already knock off Suicune, Swampert, and Snorlax's Leftovers, making them easier to kill. Ditch this for something else; probably Metagross to deal with Regice.

Bit of a problem with Regice if Bliss and Aero fail. Maybe T-Tar issues as well, as DDtar rampages through most of this team and disables Milotic's Leftovers, which it likes.

Why hello there Sala and Aero! You can try HP Flying on Milotic, but she'll just Surf/Ice Beam you to hell! Hello there, Regice! You can try to Thunderbolt Milotic, but she'll put you to sleep with Hypnosis!

Bulky waters such as Milotic are standard starters.

Milotic can Hypnosis Regice and Gross, now the two most common leads, and with it's counters being scared off because Regice is now the most common lead, you can have quite a ***** of a time taking it down.

I've also seen Salamences and Aeros as leaders and they are afraid of your Ice Beam and Surf.
