Swords Dance > Curse. Also, you'll probably want to replace Mawile for Absol. Absol makes a much better SwordsPasser.

What would I have to breed to get an Absol like that? Like what moves, genders, pokemon?

Veteran newbie ^_^
Female Absol + Male Eevee or Aipom w/ Baton Pass works. Swords Dance is by level up, the other two by TM.

^ No Aipom/Eevee on Ruby

Absol

Swords Dance (Learns it at level 26)
Shadow Ball (TM 30)
Aerial Ace (TM 40)
Baton Pass (As this is for Ruby then get a male Plusle/Minun to level 40 so they learn Baton Pass. Breed with a female skitty/delcatty. Wait until you get a male offspring with Baton Pass, then breed with a female Absol. The resulting egg will hatch as an Absol with Baton Pass!)

OK forget my whole chain breeding doohicky- you can just breed with a Mawile.

Natures:

Swampert- Brave/Relaxed
Gardevoir- Modest
Mawile- Impish
Roselia- Calm
Flygon- Adamant
Absol- Adamant/Jolly
