Timer Balls?

I heard that you could buy Timer Balls from the man on Island 2 after you beat the Elite 4, but he won't sell them!
Does anyone know if he'll ever sell them - and what do I have to do to "tricker" it?

Do you already have the national dex? because you'll need it (i think). you'll get it when you have 60 pokemon.

Basiccly cathc 60 pokemon do all of the things that need to be done on the seveii islands, and beat the elite four the second round. Then if you still cant get them your game is messed up..

Basically all you have to do is beat the league again and then they are availble to buy

You don't have to beat them twice, I haven't and they sell them in LG, you have to
1. Beat the 1337 4 ONCE
2. get the national dex and help lorelei
3 and buy every item from the store.
