Modest, Duh! And give it Leaf blade (or giga drain if you want to keep it treecko), T-Punch, Crunch, and D-Claw, IMO.

Giga Drain isn't good for Sceptile. Leaf Blade is the way to go.
Timid is the best nature, but out of those choices, go with Modest.

-Thunder Punch/Dragon Claw
Sub is wayyyyy better than Safeguard. It's just another option. :/

Which is better for treecko, modest or timid? I don't know. Does it need more sp.atk, or does it need more speed? Or perhaps it need the same amount on both.

252 Speed, 252 Sp Atk and 6 HP work great.
