Is there a move tutor (not relearner) anywhere in pokemon Leaf Green (like the one in Emerald)?

I think its in one of the sevii islands. he wants either 2 mushrooms or one large mushroom. Get them from paras(ect) in the safari zone

yes. You can catch Parasect on high levels in Cereluan Cave.
2 tiny mushrooms=1 big mushroom.
If you can't go in Cereluan Cave , go to Mt. moon or Safari Zone. bye
