Yep, it's only 4,000 Game Corner coins. ;)

That means if you purchase your coins, you'll have to pay 80,000 monies. :p
(I don't know what currency is used)

But it's not a lot, just fight trainers a lot with the amulet coin attatched to your lead pokemon, and you'll have the money soon enough.

The absolute best place to rack up money is Five Island's Resort Gorgeous. Just slap the Amulet Coin onto your Pokemon, use the Vs. Seeker, and defeat the trainers there over and over again. Iirc, they give out ~10,000 each time.
