    What level will Houndour learn Nasty Plot if I don't let it evolve.

    I heard pokemon learn moves earlier if you don't let them evolve. In platinum, Houndoom normally learns Nasty Plot at level 53, but if I stop Houndour from evolving, what level will he learn it at instead?
