A Decision...

I'm thinking about something..

Should I start my Sapphire over.

If I do I lose all the pokemon who are not Sapphire exclusive, like Suicune/Blissey/Raikou and I have no trading access. That is huge loss. Not to mention I have 460 hrs on my save file and 3 trainer card stars.

If I restart, I can get a lot of good stuff.

I can get Earthquake for pokemon like Slaking/Salamence
Other TMs that I wasted can be put to use
I can get a female Swampert to get Cursepert.
Instead of Latios, I get Latias.
I can ev train some pokeon that I didn't ev train well.

Should I restart or not

Couldn't you get a Linoone/Zigzagoon to level 91 and battle until you get Earthquakes?

Seriously, just wait it out. Once you can, get Emerald and play on it, and you can get the TMs that you want. It's bad enough losing a saved file due to a mistake than to willingly start over and lose everything that you had.

Wait until you can get a link cable. When I restart any of my games, it's only when I'm sure I want to and am not having any second thoughts (or at least not any important ones). That way I don't end up regretting my restarts.
