sorry if this is in the wrong place but my link cable just refuses to work anymore and i can think of 2 reasons
1. its ben used 500+ times
2. its three years old
if anyone could think of other reasons please tell me

Thats a totaly pointless post :)

Have you tried cleaning it in a while, dust can get in and screw it up, it happened to me once before, try blowing on it, or you could try a cloth and a tiny bit of water, that works, if not, then try buy a new one.
