Create a special equip

That's right folks, another CREATE-A-SOMETHINGOROTHER thread,this time for special pokemon equips!
Ok so we all know (or at least should o.o) that some pokemon have there own special equips, examples of these include:
Light Ball - Pikachu (line?)
Thick Club - Marowak (Cubone too I think)
Lucky Punch - Chansey
etc..
So now you get to create your own, tell us what it is, what it does and who can use it. My ideas are for the poor Smeargle, to raise it's fairly bad stats.

Name: Paint Brush
Description: Doubles Smeargle's SPEC.ATK
Equip: Smeargle

Name: Beret
Description: Raises Smeargle's DEF
Equip: Smeargle

Now sure Smeargle + Paint Brush would be overpowered, any attack? Dude... but seriously it'd be rare as hell anyways...

Oh and for that matter, NO
Name: APOCOLYPSE STONE/GUN/SWORD/BALL/SPHERE or whatever
Description: Kills all enemy pokemon lolol90lolo1111
Equip: LIK DA STRONGEEEST POKMONY

I know we do this just for fun, but don´t you think that the machop line is strong enough already. It got a new ability which makes it never miss, an item like that would fit something like ditto or chimecho ( sp.attack instead of attack) but not machop ^^;

Raises attack, and doubles Dragon Claw's power.
Found: 10% chance of stealing it from Drake's Salamence.

Equip: Jynx
Increases Jynx's evasiveness due to the fact that it disguises itself from anti-Jynx stereotypers.
Found: Purchase at face mask shop. However, bringing Jynx in there results in it being shot dead and removed from your party. You must cover it with a Head Veil to get in there, however you must be stealthy in case it gets shot for being a stereotype towards muslims.

Gold Trophy
Equip: any shiny Pokemon
Raises all stats by 15
Found: 100% chance of finding on shinies.
