How do get through Victroy Road because im on virctroy road?

Buy a Strategy Guide.
Or Bring a Pokemon with Strength to move the boulders onto the Circle platforms so you can pass through the rocks blocking the way.
Also, use http://www.vgmaps.com/ and find Pokemon Leaf/Fire, then use the maps of victory road to help you.

Maybe you could be a little more specific on whats causing you to not get through it?

Well....You should push the boulder onto the circle shaped platform as I said, you'll have to do this plenty of times.

Buy craploads of Ethers and Hyper Potions. The "hardest" part of it is how you need to push these boulders miles through the cave to their buttons battling legions of Golbats and Gravelers as you go.

well, not so much "battling" as "running away from", because there's not much point in using PP on stuff that you can run from.

Anyway like posted above VGmaps will help and you just have to experiment with boulders because I can't really post a map with the paths.

If all else fails and you don't feel like spending money you can either:
1) Tough it out or buy lots of Super Repels
2) Think of it as extra training for the E4
3) or you can go to Gamefaqs and look at a walkthrough.

Everyone's already said the answer, push the boulders into the plates. Took me about 7 min in RBY the first time I went in.

Just push all the boulders into the platforms for you to get through. If it's too tough for you, then you won't last one minute in the Pokemon League. No, seriously. If you're confused at the pattern of the boulders, then I suggest you take the time to train your Pokemon harder, since, in my opinion, there is no such thing as "Training too much".

And extra training is good, if you ask me. Because, if you challenge the Elite 4 again, their Pokemon will have higher levels, enough to kick your ass.

Try moving some boulders around, put them over those white circles and a door somewhere opens. Go to the locked place that you see and you're done.

Remember that you can throw boulders from the holes, after you do that, they will be in another floor then.

Bring lots of repels and potions and anything you need, other then that just fiddle around, it really isnt that hard to get througt.
