I cant evolve!

alright I have ceresilla, Palika and Manaphy and i still cant evolve? what else i need! It just keeps kicking me out saying i cant evolve.

You need to officially beat the post story before you can evolve. You're already on your way to that, as it seems since you already confronted those Pokémon. All you need to do is beat Darkrai and that's it, iirc.

EDIT: You should have posted your problem in the PMD game help thread instead of start a thread for it.

But I did defeat him! He got stuck in Dimensional Portal. and have caresslia palika and Manaphy fully recruited.

Wait until Manaphy comes to you and says that he has found the Marine Resort.
You can evolve after that. It takes a couple of days after you recruit Manaphy.
