ohhh, so it's just another RMT name like CBgross or the ones you mentioned. I just want to know what the word boah has to do with those particular moves.

in short, it is because it is.
the cool things about tautologies is that they don't need a reason, other than themself. saying "boah is that moveset because having those moves makes it a boah" is like saying "whatever happens, happens." you can't actually get anything from it, but it can't possibly be wrong.
IIRC, the reason that set became popular was as a way of killing skarmbliss. T-bolt for skarm, and 101 subs and huge attack focus punch for blissey.
