I just started trying this five minutes ago but if you have a male ;176; togetic with the move metronome and breed it with a female ;025; pikachu
with a light ball will it breed into a ;172; pichu with volt tackle and metronome? I've tried this 2 times but i only get pichus with volt tackle

You can only get a Volttackiling Pichu if they are both Picachus and I don't think they can breed. But I could be wrong

Thats because Pichu does not have metronome as a egg move,

I don't think pichu has metronome as an egg move. If it gets metronome at all, it is by a move tutor.

I dont think pichus can breed, maybe you can try pikachus

You can't get move tutor moves by breeding. I know, because I tried breeding a move tutor move onto a drowzee, but it didn't work.

I don't think any pokemon gets Metronome as an egg move.
