If you mean the dub, no. If you mean the original Japanese series, then yes.

No they haven't. The dub is STILL in the Houen Reigon, and [SPOIL]Usohachi[/SPOIL] and [SPOIL]Manene[/SPOIL] only appear in the [SPOIL]Battle Frontier saga[/SPOIL] in the anime.

To answer your question, no, Bonsly and Manene have not appeared in the Pokemon Anime outside of Japan yet. However, before 4Kids decided to change the Opening to not spoil unrevealed Pokemon, Manene was seen in the Team Rocket dancing scene.

So if you want to be technical, Manene has.
