I honestly think that super-speed-turbo Exodia is the way to go, especialy since D-Draw is at 3.

Suppose you have any card in existance. Then, this will be how I would do it.

1x Elemental Hero Stratos
6x of any Destiny Heroes that are level 8, which are Plasma, Dreadmaster, and Dogma
1x Reinforcements of the Army
3x Allure of Darkness
3x Destiny Draw
3x Trade-in
3x Hand Destruction
3x Dark World Dealings
3x Upstart Goblin
...

Just a basic guideline, pretty much. Uptart Goblins are easy to find.

what about put level limit area B and gravity bind, maybe 3x reckles greed and 3x upstars goblin, i dont like exodia necros either =(

Come along, dear
You don't need stall, you need speed. It's pointless to just try and hold up while trying to draw Exodia; you'll get caught up because you can't put full power into both and when the opponent inevitably breaks through you're left with next to nothing. Focus directly on speed and you'll get the job done faster.

If you read my Magic/Spells & Traps, I've got those 2 already....but I tried it with Reckless Greed before & it didn't work...as I had to wait for 1 turn.
Which isn't that great if I'm after speed.

Well, Allure is like a $5 card now anyways. And you run the Toons for discard fodder; Blue-Eyes to go for Trade-In and Cannon Soldier for Allure while thinning the deck of three cards prior with Table.

BETD is for discarding with Trade-In, you don't summon anything other that Stratos, if you're running this deck properly.
