Over the past years we have remained in the shadows of Citadark Isle's underground caverns perfecting our shadow pokemon project. And now we have returned. It is our time to rise once again!

Here at Cipher was use a simple rank up system
First you must battle a tester and receive one of the first 3 ranks
Once you are tested you must gain 10 wins during your time as your current rank. Once you have enough wins, you must challenge a member in the rank(s) immediately above yours. In order to issue this challenge, you must make a post with the following statement: "I hereby challenge _________ to a Rank Up battle for the rank of _____!" This post MUST be made before the battle takes place.
If you are victorious in the battle, you are awarded the next rank. If not you must try again. If you lose 3 times in a rolling one-week period, then you must wait one full week before you can have another rank up battle. The only exception for this ruling would of course be if you are the first member to reach the next rank, in which case you need only hit the next win marker. The results of each rank up battle MUST be posted by the member being challenged.
If you are a PASBLer each KO in a match will count as one battle towards the rank up. The thread must be linked in a post
If you win 5 Mini tours you will receive an auto rank up.
In order to bypass the rank up challenge you must have 20 wins in your rank.
To reach the final two ranks, two of the following must be completed and have 10 wins towards the next rank
1) Complete a rank up challenge vs the 5 starting members of the war team
2) Complete a rank up challenge vs 5 subs and starting members of the war team
3) Recieve two badges in PASBL
