You can only buy Dig in the Celadon Department Store in FR/LG. You only get 1 in R/S/E.

If you don't have Fr/Lg, you can breed a lot...

Why it sucks, it makes you rid of escape ropes, so we don't need to look for them.
Anyways, who needs to know where to get a TM, who learns a move and things like this, I think Attackdex will be very helpful and the forums will have more space for other things. I'd say the same for berries.

Aren't you forgetting about the regis? Dig is necessary to unlock them. I have a feeling that's why the person wants it. Otherwise, yeah, it isn't that great.

I usually only teach dig to certain slaves like meowth and teddiursa whom are also good for pickup at least, plenty available in Celadon dept. store in FR/LG of course.

Nincada and Trapinch learn it level up,but it's only them,and it's not until the higher levels(Lv. 40 - 50).
