It may be legit...but there is an AR code that gives you a roaming lvl 100 shiny regigigas...

Also, does it say what level it was caught at? Anything other than 70 or 1 is hacked

So what? It's understood that there's absolutely no way without an outside device to check a Pokemon's legitimacy perfectly. That argument applies to everything.

It only says the level it was Transferred at. That's entirely irrelevant in this case.

As far is it's possible to tell, it's legit.

How so? Since I asked Bond697 (Mat) directly, and he did say that he got Jolteon and Arceus legitly, but nothing else though... .-.
