In pokemon the movie 2000 when Lugia and the legendary birds were fighting
pokemon around the world went into chaos but during all that where
was Rayquaza? Is'it he the guardian of the Earth?

B. He isn't guardian of Earth, he just lives in the O-Zone layer (unless I'm wrong )

There is something called, "making this stuff up as you go along."

Since GameFreak never thought of the Pokemon yet, it wasn't there. This is a problem the anime has to deal with when GameFreak pulls knew crap out of nowhere and sticks it in the games. Female Pokemon looking different? WTF.

besides, wasn;t it said in destiny deoxys that rayquaza never leaves the ozonlayer? besides, it had to do with the sea, and according to me the great gaurdian of the sea is Lugia
