I know how Quick Attack works, always attacks first, even when you opponent is faster.

Here what I want to know:
e.g.: I have a Jolteon with 102 speed, my opponents Ninjask has 102 speed too. The both used Quick Attack in the same turn. Who will attack first? Me, or my opponent?

Volteon

Back I guess??
50/50!
if in this turn ninjask attacked first, in the next it´s going to be jolteon, or vice versa.

I think Volteon is right. Game just randomly picks who goes first.

I think ninjask attacks first becouse his ability is Speed Boost

If the speed is the same, then the game will randomly choose who goes first. However, Ninjask is always faster than Jolteon, so that's a pretty bad example.

not technically true. but you won't ever, without an agility (or two, depending on how long it's been speed boosting), outrun a competitive jask with a jolteon. unless jask's quiet. XD

on the topic of why this is a bad example: Jask can't learn quick attack!

i think nintendo thought it wouldn't need it.

It would be pointless and stupid anyways. LMAO

Ninjask used Substitute!
Ninjask made a Substitute!
Jolteon used Agility!
Jolteon's Speed sharply rose!

That's game over right there, as now Ninjask will use Swords Dance, and pass to who knows what to completely own you.

Volteon

Back I guess??
Why complicate if we can simplify? I know it was a bad example but it was just one EXAMPLE! Think that Jolteon is one Eevee and Ninjask is one Zubat! Problem solved! both learn quick attack and both has the same speed!

Ok, I think this has pretty much been answered. Starting to go off topic a bit, so I'll close it to prevent any more off topic'ness. :p
